Template for the harmonized in vitro digestion method from COST Infogest


   
This is a support for the setup of an in vitro digestion (IVD) of food according to the harmonized Infogest method.
The light yellow input fields need to be changed according to your needs and measured enzyme activities. "Food" can be liquid, solid or dissolved food. The enzyme activities should be measured as described in the harmonized IVD method.
Press the "Intestinal step..." button to switch between intestinal phase with pancreatin or individual enzymes.
